Interest in Fuel Economy Rises As Gas Prices Soar

Fuel economy is on everyone’s mind these days. Just a few years ago, you never saw new car commercials proudly advertising hybrids or bragging about how much gas mileage their car gets. Times are changing fast. With all of the trouble in the middle east, gas prices have been steadily rising for some time.

In fact, the cost of fuel has almost tripled in the last ten years alone! And who is getting hit the hardest with the rising gas prices? The consumer. Not only is the everyday consumer having to pay more attention to their own fuel economy and budget accordingly, but they are also being hit from another angle as well.
